The culture of the saffron, traditional in Provence until mid-twentieth century, made its comeback in recent years.

The climate, the terroir of excellence in Provence and the work of the producer provided a high quality saffron.

This spice is extracted from the flower of a crocus, the Crocus sativus (Iridaceae).

The culture of this flower is manual, rigorous, precise: the art of getting an exceptional saffron.
